The duration, methodology and delivery procedures are tailored to the outcomes required by the employer and the trainees, so that the qualification precisely matches the employment context.

In addition, West Coast partners with leading Australian community services and health employers to address recruitment and retention challenges faced by many employers. A range of articulation pathways also allow students to gain direct entry and/or advanced standing in a range of qualifications at Edith Cowan University.
